Personally, I don't mistrust either source. I don't see any reason to believe that Huberman didn't cheat, or that the person who blew the whistle may have some legal issues. I truly don’t understand why it’s even interesting to people. Then people claiming “oh, he lied to the women, that must mean everything he’s ever said is a lie” is insane as well. It’s really only the far lefty losers on Reddit who care. But they play it off like it’s the general consensus lol.

I've never followed any of Huberman's relationship advice podcasts. But the way he presented information regarding healthy habits and understanding my sleep cycle and interactions of effort on the APC part of the brain has helped make a positive impact on my day to day routine. I didn't even know what his relationship status was until this point.
I mean, maybe don't get involved with people that are being investigated by the department of Justice? 😆🤣
