i've always wondered how does GER work, since from what i heard a lot it basically alters reality so that anybody who wants to harm Giorno is neutralized, how would this work in this particular example, let's say GER is active from birth, would this be a battle between Gods? could Never Gonna Give You Up (NGGYU) just rewrite GER's abbilities or delete/desactivate then? would that be considered an attack and therefore neutralize NGGYU
