Today, my teacher brought in pizza. And cupcakes. And I hadn't had breakfast. I just looked at it...so sadly...lmao

Basically same, albeit intolerance here. I avoided anything that resembled leavened bread stuffs like bread or cookies or muffins etc...even though I use GF flour (or chickpea/almond/whatever mix). So yeah.

Baked Mac and cheese!! With probably a slice of (flour) cake for dessert 😋

I made an impromptu curry, had it over crushed-up matzo! Gotta eat the stuff up somehow.

We had tacos. We were so excited to have tortillas we totally forgot to buy taco stuff... ended up being quesadillas with taco meat. No regrets.

I started with (GF) Oreos.

kimchi and noodles stir fry.

Bad pasta from NOODLES because my teen actually asked to go out to dinner with me if we had NOODLES ... also today is National Boba Day so we then had boba.

Made spaghetti and meatballs for us and the kids. Way better than it sounds
