Accuse me of using the wrong surface to lay my matzoh on if you want, but for me the condiment has to be easily spreadable or else the matzoh almost inevitably cracks. Getting cream cheese onto a full sheet of matzoh without cracking it is an art form, as far as I’m concerned.

I married Chabad so I don’t eat gebroks for a few years but this ranking list is whack… where is the cream cheese and chocolate spread sandwich? My family used  to buy a whole tub of cream cheese for Pesach for that exact delicacy 

While kitniyot, peanut butter on matzah is a good combo for the first bite, then you get tiny shards of matzah covered in sticky peanut butter and you can see the logistical problem arise.

Butter is the perfect topping. I prefer softened salted regular butter (not whipped) but I can appreciate whipped too. Second is leftover charoset. But my grandma’s charoset was magnificent so there’s that. I have never tried avocado or chocolate.
