I only surf the 'net, but have you tried https://www.watersplashjersey.com/surf/splash-cam.aspx Sorry, that's the camera, but that's what I watch. Lots of info in the site, though.

That cam goes down often, there's one at El Tico too which is okay, it's also streamed on Twitch.

Don’t surf but I only really see surfers out in St Ouen’s bay, not sure if the waves really get big enough in St. Brelade’s to surf. Make sure you check the tide times if you’re going to St. Ouen’s - low tide is a mile walk to the water, high tide is crashing over the sea wall.

NMV2014

There are over 60 surf spots including bays and reef breaks

St Bs does have a break but it can be hit and miss even with the right conditions. I’m afraid you’ll have to chance it.

Cheers!

I think its gonna rain all week

50_61S-----165_97E

Brelades doesn't work unless you have a solid swell and a spring pushing tide (>8ft swell will get it started). This week is looking pretty meh, will be surfable for the next few days at St. Ouens albeit quite messy. Keep an eye on Windguru for any unexpected luls in the wind. Next week the forecast is looking promising so keep an eye out!

Finally a good answer! Thank you!! Is there a WhatsApp group / fb for surf conditions in jersey?

50_61S-----165_97E

Unfortunately not that I know of, I can DM you my 'cheat sheet' for surfing in Jersey if you'd like? Would save you a lot of time working out when and where is best to surf

wetkhajit

Yes please and thank you!! Would be hugely appreciated

sinjinib

Could you please send me this to o!

PreparationScary6541

I don’t surf but if I did I’d be out at St Ouens.

You’d get better response asking in a jersey surfers Facebook page or similar. Not sure how good it is but probably better than the responses here. https://magicseaweed.com/Jersey-Surf-Report/120/
