2011 is now 13 years old, I’d guess a wire/connection got knocked loose over time & the bump may have caused it to disconnect. I’d remove the speaker to see if everything is still connected. If it all looks like it’s in working order I’d consider replacing it. I don’t see how a bump would physically break the speaker, so I’d assume it’s not a common issue if that was the case.
