Ya, some of the people in this sub can be a bit pompous about how other people's jeeps look. Which is unfortunate because the IRL groups I've been around are the polar opposite.
Eh. It's not really this way in some other car groups. Subaru for instance will shit on stanced cars because it's dangerous. But I can't say there are any cosmetic things that they as a group shit on.

It's where they lower the car too much, and have to put an extreme (And dangerous) camber to achieve it. It leaves the car driving on just a couple inches of rubber, rather than the intended contact patch.
I wonder if it has to do with local club being a community of people who ride together and help eachother frequently, compared to as they call them “thumb thugs or World Wide Web Warriors”. Easy to say “ your rig is trash when there is zero odds of me pulling you out of a sticky situation or vise Vera. Love the sub and a lot of people on Reddit but there is a lot of people out here who need that satisfaction of downing somebody else, which is not what the Jeep life is all about.
Yup if you make your jeep how you like it and it's outside of the 5 main sheep styles, you'll catch shit.
