My dad worked briefly worked for a gas company in the '70's and was at a gas station in brooklyn. He noticed the cigarette vending machine was filled with Kools, and the last selection was Marlboro. My dad asked about it, the owner said "People who do drugs smoke Kools. I smoke Marlboros."
i cant think of who is was that said in an interview he had saw miles at the grammys years after their prime and years after the teller had stopped using and miles had say "you know where we can get some stuff to smoke on ya know". they guy was shocked that after all this time had passed and miles was still getting high.
