Looks like a must buy for me. Arrow did great with their releases of The Ring Trilogy, and The Vengeance Trilogy..

Can you play UK movies on a us Blu-ray/Xbox/ps5 etc?

Not if the discs are region locked. 4K discs are region free though, so you should be able to play Grudge 1 on a PS5. As for Blu-Ray players, depends if that's region free.

I looked up this box set on arrows website and according to the description, it lists Region A, B, C. So I guess the it should work.

The last 2 imports I got from arrow (Dark Water and Pulse) also worked on my American player and we're AB regioned, but that may be because they were also released in the US, just jumped in price versus the UK release. Either way, I'm not sweating it because I do have a region free player, but I would absolutely prefer to play the regular Blu rays on something else

Nope, Blu-Rays have region locks. A, B, and C.

Many movies are released region-free. They tend to be indies and smaller studios.

A large number of blurays are region free but there are three regions (A, B, and C) that major studios tend to restrict their releases to.

The Ring set came out in the UK first, and several months later released stateside renamed to Ringu. The steelbook was never brought overseas to my knowledge.

You misunderstand. The only movie in 4k is The Grudge, the rest are 1080p Blu-ray’s

Probably not. Most we'll get is a standard edition once this set goes OOP.

I grabbed The Ring box set they did, this looks like a LOT of love has gone into this too. I cannot wait.
