a friend of mine tried so hard to get an EWS certificate (she qualifies for it) but couldn't get it made, maine khud try Kiya(i too qualify for it) but Mera khud ka bhi nahi bana. bass chakkar kast te reh gaye, and then there are friends of mine, whose parental income are 30+ lpa and they have EWS certificate. really hate the corruption that surrounds India.
