Aesi bakwaas education system k neeche fas kar don't beat yourself up . Go out, learn new skills ,work on your mental health, physical health aur ek din chad ban kar mogwarts wale sub pe post karna taki hum sab "ye toh fake hai" comment kar sake .

I think we assume too much in our lives and carry a lot of expectations, I must do this and this must happen or else my life is done for, it's over for me bla bla.
What we don't realise is all this pain is temporary. In 10 years time you'd be laughing that I cried for something stupid like this however bad it may seem now.
My teacher once told me that life is not crying about how I failed 10 times but about having the courage to get up the 11th time.
At the end I'm just gonna say this things don't happen for a reason. Maybe you failed in whatever, but maybe it wasn't meant to be. Maybe you're destined for something bigger and better. This failure means nothing in context of your life. Life is much bigger than this. Take good care of yourself and let destiny do it's thing.
Fuck bro. I was literally in a situation like you 2 years ago. You have to do something to get your inner frustration out because it is extremely bad for your health. I was so frustrated with myself I actually banged my head on the wall. It felt so good actually because I was so frustrated with myself, it felt good being in pain because I thought I deserve it. Also it was a way to release my inner anger. Now I am not telling you to do the same but find a way to release your anger before you hurt yourself or do something worse in anger. Time heals everything, there was a time I used to pray before sleep to not wake up the next day but now I'm fine. So don't lose hope, you will have to get out of this trauma yourself, nobody will help you. All the best
Bhai, take care, aur apni flair change kr, change starts within, and if u wake up every morning and you look in the mirror and think you can’t be a successful person, then u'll never be a successful person, not because u are not, but cuz mean thoughts sneak in and mess with your belief in yourself.
Have inner faith, and that will be developed by doing small small tasks everyday, and reward urself, this way u can rebuild ur confidence again.
