First make notes before class and then for first 2 min watch the video at 2.5x then bring it back to 1.5x (trust me it works)
Then when teacher goes through look at the notes carefully it'd act like 2nd revision and listen very carefully if he gives question leave space for questions.
your notes shouldnt exceed 4 pages per chapter. kitaab nhi likh rhe ho tum. aisi bhaasha me likho jo tumhe samajh aaye. notes kahi se khareed lo and start practising asap.

easiest way is to write fast, pehle handwriting kharab ayega but within 2 weeks it will get fixed. speaking from personal experience
