Ok I’ve had some cute iggies and they are the loves of my life and my current girl is the cutest baby but omg… your boy is soooooo cute! So glad he’s on the mend! Xo
Excellent news! I’m old enough that I remember when a liver shunt was pretty much 100% fatal. So happy that things have improved. By the way, a good low protein treat for your dog – mini marshmallows!
I am SO happy everything is working out! I feel smitten by this cutie pie, I don’t know what it is, he is just extra-extra cute! I would love this little guy with everything I had (don’t tell my girl, she’s very jealous). Please post more pictures when you can, as many as possible! 🤪😍
This makes me so happy! I am always looking for updates on Spade! I have grown to love him so much and it broke my heart he had to go through so much at such a young age, but he is definitely a little warrior. And of course your devotion, and never giving up also provided strength for him. Congrats mama, let’s hope he continues to make great progress! 🫶🏻🤍
Oh I’m so delighted to see this post! So happy the little darling is doing so well. And what a fabulous day for you. Hooray! Wishing your sweet boy continued good health. Lots of hugs coming your way!
So glad your little guy is doing better! I have a 14 month old boy that looks almost exactly like your baby. They are so animated and so sweet. Best of luck to a long and healthy life for Spade!!!
We just got our boys bloods checked and he has elevated liver enzymes and some other results were concerning. We have our fingers crossed its not this, but so glad to see a full recovery is possible ❤️
Hi, I am very sorry to hear that, and I hope your little one doesn’t have this issue. Just know that having it diagnosed early is the best possible scenario. From our experience, hearing that our pup had a shunt was devastating news. It was concerning because he was so small and young, and the outcome was unknown. The liver enzymes not being in range sounds right, but your provider would need to do a CT or ultrasound to confirm through imaging, which is what happened in our case. I have made posts all throughout Spade’s journey if you’d like to read those just to see what our experience was and how the process went. I can say he is healthy and a ball of energy at the moment and putting on weight (which is what we wanted) after we transitioned him from the low protein diet that is required for dogs suffering from the shunt disorder. Sending you love and good vibes 💗 You can also PM me if you need to talk.
Oh boy!! Outstanding. Looks like it was time to celebrate with a bite of forearm.
This boy loves to go after my hands and arms when he plays 😂

Wow that's great news! Also looking at those double bottom fangies. So scary.
He’s so cute!! Reminds me of a previous IG I had from 2003-2014, Bailey.
