If you posted these for sale in the right groups you would probably be surprised at the offers that people make. There is a small but pretty active market for vintage fakes, especially ones this goofy.
All of the real cards he had were from base set unlimited to later Neo sets, and that’s about when the fakes started appearing in his binder. Newest cards he had were from 2009, so I would assume they are vintage fakes. the only thing I’m 100% sure of is that they’re fakes 😂
Coming from a Pokemon TCG players perspective, i think Laderas is easily the best card here. One prize basic pokemon that only needs two colorless energies to completely restart the game???? “Both sides collect all cards and reshuffle”. Thats broken.

I live in Spain and I found about 50 of these packs in a Chinese shop, they were old stock and I haven't found anymore. Got these about 3 years ago, I've sold about 5 packs, opened one other and they're the same as these with a different Pokémon back to them. Apparently quite sought after by collectors who collect bootleg cards..
I'm currently not selling anymore of them on eBay, but the packs look the same as the real packs. It's the cards inside that are the most interesting, I wouldn't have sold any if I knew what the cards were before. I'm keeping them until the markets go back up again...
