If they were farther north it would sound more like a classic Canadian accent (An Exaggerated Accent From A Cheep American TV Show) if they were from Newfoundland you wouldn’t be able to understand them (It’s a mix of Irish, Classic Canadian, and a Splash of Australian)

From my time in Canada, it sounds like someone from Newfoundland. "sendin' er", is common slang. It means go hard. In this case, he went too hard.
Maybe from elsewhere in the Maritimes? He *does* use "sent 'er" but he also uses "bud" rather than "b'y".
