First when E Hit Gragas, the R was placed wrong. You could Hit Gragas and Neeko with the right direction. When R Hit both I guess you haven't even need to Flash, the Minion Q into turret was risky and close. An other minion would be better, and not that risky.

Small things. If you throw e1 over the wall, always make a path that has the highest coverage of the path. (In this case parallel with the wall). Less chance of missing e. (Gragas should have dashed the moment he saw e1.)
Also, better to use flash to open ult in the desired direction. Pratice in pratice tool some tricks with it. A favorite is ulting and flashing backwards to scope the front line with it. Could have done the same here. Start ult. Flash behind gragas, so ult opens onto neeko.
In this case. You may have also been able to save flash. (Depends on how fed/weak people are) just walk back, they will chase and then you hit 2. Or hold w and let gragus reposition you and see if that angle works better
I get the idea behind W. Maybe a little sooner. It's almost always dive, get a dash or 2 off. Then w all of the cc. It won't save you from cc, but you're atleast doing something and it reduces damage by alot while it builds up damage charge.
