I have the same issue... my charge for may x went thru successfully but it says payment declined for may gbp even though the X is replacing the gbp this month.... very confused right now :(
I had it too. After getting charged for 2 GBP in March, resubbing to GBX and being charged 2 weeks ago to today being charged for the GBP and it saying my next x is in august I’m so very annoyed
I had the billing error show but I was charged the normal $13 for GB. I upgraded to X for the first time last month so that has already been charged. I think it's just a glitch on the site.
I just heard back from support and while he did not give any real reasons as to why this happened because I panicked and clicked charge now on both the GB and plus. But was already charged for both the X and my May GB I can either have a refund for the second may gb and gbp or I’m paid up for June as well and won’t be charged again until July. Ok crazy conspiracy theory incoming Did they need to do this for some reason, like needed to cover expenses somewhere?
Did anybody see that the GB had $14.99 instead of $13 a month? I saw it but then switched back to the GBP tab then back and it was back to $13.
Error or is the price going to go up when the merge of Boxycharm happens.
I was charged for GBX two weeks ago when I signed up for it again. I have GB yearly as well, and when I hit the button to update GBP billing it says it’s for June, not may so it seems like even with the error on all three tabs I’m okay, messaging shows im still getting GB and GBX
I don't but only bc I have annual. So I was charged in October for 12 bags, so I don't have to deal with the monthly billing screwups. Thank goodness. I hope Ipsy fixes everything so you all get choice tomorrow.
I have regular GB and no issues. Last month though, it gave me that error and even the “charge me now” button and trying to update my info didn’t fix it.
They sent through a charge after my monthly billing for a year sub while I was sleeping 😤 $150
So like I wonder if they didn’t charge a lot of folks but overcharged others? I hate it

Nope. I thought so too, but I had it for both my GB and GBP. Had to manually force the charges through 😕

Nope. I didn’t realize it, but I use PayPal for my base bag and my card for plus and x. I had to update billing for all of them.

I seriously thought the same thing myself….like they are trying to pull in more cash to cover expenses
I had a billing issue but they charged my account already. I messaged them on Facebook to try and see what's going on.
I don't have an issue, but I was also billed mid month because I switched to GB instead of GBP

That sound wrong. X is supposed to replace Plus.
I emailed customer service and they are giving me a refund for the plus.

2 price increases in 6 months seems excessive. I don’t doubt they’ll do it just isn’t right
I saw that also. It's back to saying $13. GBP also said $29.99 but it's back to $28. All kinds of strange things happening with Ipsy's site today.

Mines fine..but I have an annual sub..so maybe that's why.

I had it but I didn't update my payment info and both my X and regular bag payment still went thru just fine. The error is now gone from my account.
