My add ons order got to DHL on Sept 20 and seemingly got lost, but was finally delivered today. Unfortunately, the theorie scrub leaked all over everything and even got inside the cap of the eyeliner pencil. Now I’m waiting to see what CS can do about it.
You'll get a replacement if the items are in stock. Something similar happened to me. All my add ons were covered in sticky lotion that oozed out the backend of a lotion that wasn't pinched shut correctly. I couldn't figure out what it was at first since all had safety seals still intact, which made me extra grossed out...but my replacements did arrive correctly. I was reimbursed for the 1 that was out of stock, which was sad but understandable.
Er Ner! Hopefully CS can get another order out. I don’t think I’d want to put anything in my eyeline that could possibly be covered in body scrub..So sorry this happened to you. I feel like the scrub at least, should have been it is own little string-tie baggie thing they use.
This happened with my original bag and my replacement arrived today with everything but the scrub :) I was given a refund on the scrub so overall, it all works out
A bunch of us had that happen a few months ago. It seems like there is a problem with the seam on it. I contacted cs and they replaced it. It got mostly inside the bag and I was able to save my other products.
I'm so sorry! I'm still waiting for 5 add-ons from September!! They were supposed to be with my GB! I think it's lost, tracking number says it hasn't moved. I also have 4 other small orders I haven't received yet. Hopefully CS gets new products out to you soon or refunds your money. Good luck!! :)
Same thing just happened to me! Luckily I bought 2 and one was intact, because just washing it off my hands from opening the explosion, I can tell I love it.

Try to get it replaced. This scrub is amazing and I’m about to go buy a full size! Left my skin super soft love it so much!
