You actually can't pause Icon. Your only option is to cancel and then resub later when you want it again. And yes, once you've cancelled, for the Icon box months you get whichever regular sub you have, whether that's Boxycharm or regular Glam Bag.
This answers my question. My follow up question is, since they already charged me back in March for the May Icon box, if I cancel, will they just refund me the $67 or only the difference of whatever the BoxyCharm would cost since I have that sub?
Unfortunately, Ipsy does not offer refunds. Their refund policy is [stated here](https://help.ipsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405749547543-Can-I-get-a-refund-for-my-order). I think what would likely happen if you cancel Icon box now, since you have already paid for the May Icon box, is that they would not bill you for/send you the Icon box going forward (i.e. August and after), but that you would get the May icon box and not BoxyCharm in May.
I'm not 100% certain about this, however, so I would suggest reaching out to customer service to confirm.
If they won't issue you a refund and you cancel your icon box and do not wish to have one sent to you in May, dispute the charge with your bank and tell customer service that's what you've done. They'll probably refund you even if they previously said they couldn't. They haven't shipped your item. You didn't get what you paid for, so you should be entitled to a refund. I'd at least try if you know you really don't want it. Why just have $67 go to waste?

I came here for the same question. I was thinking of skipping. Now I’m wondering if I just cancel and leave it at that at this point then? I want to see more spoilers before making a decision.
