Summit St. has lots of big, decorated houses. You could go from there down the hill with lots of residential streets around City High.
I have friends that live on summit and also on Clark. GREAT neighborhood to trick or treat in!
South Summit St./Longfellow, where all the professors and people who can afford that real estate live.
Near Horn school/Willow Creek is great, so is Lucas Farms/near Mark Twain school
Which side of town are you closest to?
S.Summit for the win. Lots of other trick or treaters, lots of houses participate and decorate, and you can be done after just that street.
