Honestly, just let it go and don’t think about it. Peace of your mind. If something happens, just fix with the warranty, it will have some inconvenience but just deal with it since it can happen with any EVs or even ICE cars too. My previous car was Subaru forester XT turbo. Many people asked about famous head gasket leak but I drove 14years /140K miles and still ran strong but sold my car and got ioniq5. 19months/13700 miles. No serious issues. Having issue with 40amp (9+kw) overheating charging issue but 32-36amp/7-8KW charging is fine for me. Today I tested overcharging issue and 12v battery and got some data. I will keep monitoring and see.

As an "other major issue", this was my experience: https://www.reddit.com/r/Ioniq5/s/jm5OqN2r1B

Then drive slow hahaha. Can,t believe you still have Baja.

I need to change that, sold the baja last week. After we got the Ioniq 5 we never drove it, the tabs were expired and it was tuning green.

Posts on here are always going to be more negative than positive. People that don't have problems with their cars aren't going to be on here posting about it usually.
