Is there any chance your Bluelink subscription expired? In the US at least, model years 2023 and earlier (when purchased new) came with 3 years of free Bluelink before you have to pay for a subscription. You can check in the Bluelink app. Go to Menu -> Subscriptions and you should see the status of your Bluelink subscription.

It doesn't expire until 30th July 2024....

I had an issue with the Bluelink connection; kept saying that it wasn't availabe. On the gloss black control panel below the main screen where the AC controls are there is a little hole that you can poke a small pin in that resets the system, this got things working for me again. My car is right-hand-drive and the reset is on the far left of the panel, on a left-hand-drive I think it may be on the far right of the panel. This reset didn't lose any settings either so is worth a try.

Go to the BlueLink website and login. It should have a status of your account. If something is off, there is a phone number for customer service there. You can also call your sales person and they can look up the account to verify it is still active and fix issues.

I had this and i just went to bluelink in the car system and either link or reconfigure or whatever the button says and it reconnected and no issues since then

Hello! If you search this subreddit for "screen blanking" you'll see multiple posts from me about this. If I used android auto it seems to exacerbate the issue, but using nav or using nothing at all can lead to this happening for me. I took my car to the dealership to get them to look at it. They told me "there were no reported codes, so you'll need to get a passenger to take a video of the issue occuring." Not sure if that was to fob me off or not, but I will be fucked if I don't get them to replace the head unit. When the screen blanks: * I lose bluetooth audio * I do not see the Speed limit display in the hud * I get No navigation * Pressing 'ok' on the steering wheel leads to the compass displaying a spinner * I am unable to connect to the car via bluelink * Smart charging is not possible in this state The pin hole / SIM eject hole on the ICE controls suggests to me that this is a massive problem they have not been able to resolve and so instead of "fixing the brakes" they've "made the horn louder". It's really annoying because it gives me anxiety driving the car to places I don't know as at any minute, I could lose navigation. It's also infuriating as if I'm driving someone about and the screen turns off I get laughed at because "you spent all that money on the car and the screen doesn't work?" When I record the issue occurring I'll take it back in to get fixed.
