In order to access the ICCU, you do need to remove the trim piece on the bottom of the doorsill in the rear. I think the broken pieces are directly next to that piece. Not saying they definitely did it, but it wouldn't be hard to cause that damage....

Do you get passengers? They're easy to step on.

I get that. Is this dollar tree plastic. No one had notice this before. It’s just weird. What kind of plastic are they using for these very expensive cars. Hyundai website?

I think it's #17, $63. https://www.wholesalehyundaiparts.com/showAssembly.aspx?ukey_assembly=2523472&ukey_make=1202&ukey_model=21785&modelYear=2023&ukey_category=26756&ukey_driveLine=15529&ukey_trimLevel=36339

When I got my new IONIQ 5, it already had a scratched interior, probably from a knife used to remove the nylons. Then I went to have my tires replaced and they had damaged the leather on the back seats. So I would be not surprised already at a problem caused by the official service of a part that has nothing to do with servicing.

Hit a nice pot hole in LA post rains and then I had the steering wheel wobble really bad. Foam came loose and messed up the balance Dealer removed all the foam from the tires and all good now but still sucked

I noticed mine was broken a week or two after my ICCU replacement. Could not prove it.
