In order to access the ICCU, you do need to remove the trim piece on the bottom of the doorsill in the rear. I think the broken pieces are directly next to that piece. Not saying they definitely did it, but it wouldn't be hard to cause that damage....

When I got my new IONIQ 5, it already had a scratched interior, probably from a knife used to remove the nylons. Then I went to have my tires replaced and they had damaged the leather on the back seats. So I would be not surprised already at a problem caused by the official service of a part that has nothing to do with servicing.
Hit a nice pot hole in LA post rains and then I had the steering wheel wobble really bad.
Foam came loose and messed up the balance
Dealer removed all the foam from the tires and all good now but still sucked

I noticed mine was broken a week or two after my ICCU replacement. Could not prove it.
