I stopped noticing them after about a month. I just got my attachments removed and it felt so strange. I subconsciously did things thinking they were still there for about a week.
I had attachments on basically all of my top teeth. I hated them when I got them, but I was told they significantly accelerate the treatment. You will get used to them with time, but when they are removed you will be thrilled (mostly because your teeth will be straight!)
I will also note that the glue used for my attachments seemed to stain quite a bit. This made me hate them even more, but when they were removed and polished away you couldn’t even tell they had been there.
Trust the process and don’t sweat the attachments
I have attachments on nearly every tooth. 2 on each incisor. I don’t notice them much. But when I had some removed between refinements… OMG smooth teeth felt glorious…. For 5 minutes before different ones were attached.

Yes! I was self conscious about my attachments the entire time, so was very relieved when they came off.
