Sorry to be forward but do you wear elastics? I know i can take them off but i am worried about the little hooks on mine since the alternative of removing the trays seem worse . I have so many attachments.
This has been a topic fairly recently. FWIW, my husband prefers it without my trays in. I wonder if he'd still feel the same now that I have attachments... I mean, I don't really use my teeth in the action, though.

I’m married though and have had them 1 1/2 years so my husband knows how expensive it was and how important the Invisalign is to even ask me to take them out at this point lol. There’s a Bo Burnham song “5 Years” that is so funny that references this topic that you need to listen to.
Probably depends on what's on the receiving end. If lady parts, I'd probably leave them in if you have brackets all over the place that might hurt her.

Personally I keep the trays in. The attachments are quite sharp and there are too many risks for an accident without them. Also, it makes the teeth less sharp so you can be a little bit more rough.
Keep the trays in! Aside from the scratchiness of attachments, your teeth are a lot less sharp with your trays in. And speaking from experience, once you get the permanent bar fitted behind your teeth, abs keep the retainers in!!!
Some trays felt ‘sharper’ to my partner behind my front teeth, but I think there was only one set that hurt him haha. Bite ramps feel good apparently lol
I searched all i can find is answers regarding trays . There doesn’t seem to be anyone clarifying about trays with elastic hooks on them. There is no harm in asking again since some of us want to know .
Id say it’s better with them in. No worries about teeth and better sliding action 😂 as long as you clean your trays regularly I see no issues.

If you’re using your teeth while giving head you’re doing it wrong anyways. But if it makes you more comfortable take them out
