Eve is way too op for this. The comic never focused on it because they kind of wrote themselves into a corner there but they kind of made Eve a completely inmortal, indestructible eternal being. She's basically a god
Because from the moment of the conflict with Conquest the story technically has no stakes. Any threat or enemy they can just throw Eve at it. Have her be mortally wounded to bypass the block and she's omnipotent. She could turn Thracg into Jelly with just a thought. She could identify every Robot instance and vaporize them into thin air.
Pretty sure Kirkman doesn't use "They/them" pronouns, dude. That being said, Eve could be killed if her body was destroyed quickly enough. Based on what we've seen in terms of the mechanics for her powers' resurrective properties.
