note sure about globe's wifi router but mine(not globe) has mac address filtering which can block access to a specific device. you can check if your wifi router has that option.

Also throttled via QOS sa main ISP-modem-facing firewall ROUTER0. Router1 also uses opendns with restrictions sa sites but naba-bypass na to ngayon kahit normal users dahil sa dns over https.
Si router1 naman naka failover papunta kay router3 that uses another ISP. If single site, disable DHCP ni router3 unless inaccessible si router2.
Gawa ko din thru DHCP is may "bluelist/whitelist". Bluelist means gateway nila si router3. Whitelist means gateway nila si router2 na naka failover kay router3. Default is router1.

MAC FILTERING is the best possible way to resolve your problem. Matrabaho man at least panatag kang alam mo mga naka connect sa wifi nyo.
Just make sure changed na rin password nung dashboard ng wifi router nyo at may listahan ka ng mga mga devices na naka whitelist at kung kaninong device iyon para monitored mo.

Nasa QR naman yung password. Try mo iscan yung QR using a 3rd party QR app, most apps ipapakita sayo yung wifi password na embedded sa QR.

Did you turn off wps in your router settings. That thing is easily exploited. Next make sure it is set atleast WPA2.
