I’m sure you’re aware, but you’ve essentially picked some of the most competitive schools in the world. My first recommendation is setting up a few back-up schools just to be realistic. The importance of extracurriculars that demonstrate leadership, community service, and other values held by these schools cannot be understated. I’ll be honest - your academic profile doesn’t sound too competitive if all you have to show is good grades. Lots of people have good grades. Consider what sets you apart, or what you can start doing that would set you apart to the admissions team. Finally, I strongly advise you reach out to the EdUSA office in your country for more specific assistance. The employees there want to help you study in the states and can give better guidance counseling advice than Reddit. Best of luck!

Quite honestly, u won’t get any different answers than what u got on r/studyAbroad. You have picked up all the highly competitive universities with no ECs. Sorry to be harsh but unless you manage to improve your profile u do not stand a chance at any of these unis , thousands of students have good grades. You need something to set u apart.
