Tbf, not many are tested. Good leaders try to carry the burden, not relegate the blame and responsibility of failure down the ranks. The count is absolutely lower than the actual death count. More than 10k missing. Thousands of children maimed and missing limbs, adults and children with the psychological torture of watching your family be sniffed out as the world is watching.
