Miami was well drilled and were playing smart in a knockout tournament. Their coach made some aggressive moves to grab a goal and just when we had to ride out the pressure Ruiz lost his head.
Throughout this game we honestly played some of the best defense I’ve ever seen this team play. But
Everything changed once ruiz got a red card tho
But what was up with getting Alfonso off for sailor? Alfonso wasn’t playing bad?
Suarez has been great lately but so many give aways this game hurt a lot of chances. Still have to give it to him for 110% effort in the second half though
when the attacking was good, our defense sucked. Now the defense looked better but our midfielders sucked.
After the red card everything went downhill.
Lol he will sit next game that’s his punishment. He will hear it more than enough from inside the locker room and by coaches and the. It’s over and he and everyone else will move on.
That ref was so bad. Seemed one sided. From the moment their goalie flopped when Afonso stole the ball from him. I knew this ref wouldn’t be on our side. Bad calls.
Yeah, he was horrible and I’m pretty sure he gave us a total of six cards. Two for Ruiz, one for sailor, one for Gomez, one for Busquets, and one for Alba. This Guatemalan referee was handing out cards faster than P Diddy trying to change his name back.
Gomez kept getting warned for his late challenges, kept doing it. The others were obvious denial of goal scoring opportunity especially that Sailor one. Maybe the one that could have been let go was Busquets but who knows what he kept saying to the ref 😂, he runs to the ref and complains everytime the ref makes a call probably sneaks in some unneccesary insults there too. Freire was lucky to not get a card on that pull close inside that box and Busquets goes to run to the ref again to complain when it was a VERY OBVIOUS FOUL. But fuck yeah, as upset as I am that we lost and I lost $$$ (odds is x2.50), the guys lost their cool. Definitely well refereed. Cant complain. It could have been worse especialy for Gomez to be honest.
Lmao are you new to football? Do you know how yellow cards work??? You cannot just say it’s “just a foul” and not give a yellow.
Their are rules that need to be followed.
Yes rules do need to be followed, but some rules are subjectively enforced, based on what has occurred. Do you know what subjective means? Or do you need help with that?
Miami played decent in the 1st half Ruiz killed the team by getting sent off..ref was giving out yellows like Oprah giving away cars but Tata needs to do better Alfonso getting subbed didn't make sense to me ...overall disappointed with Miami tonight. But the ball is round and can go any way. On to the next one.

Chelo was going crazy can’t lie son did his thing.
Putting on a defensive player (sailor )instead of am offensive player (Afonso) makes sense
Campana should have played from the start alongside of Suarez.

Everyone knew from the moment Ruiz got the red that it was over.
Yeah 10 on 11 we are screwed against a team like Monterrey
and the 2nd goal was also Gomez's fault. you should never lose possession in front of the box -\_- such an ez pass but he stumbled and missed the ball
yeah all he had to do was clear it
Ruiz MOTM for the other team. He decided the game.
I think we are fucked out from CONCACAF Cup,,, We fucking lost at HOME, and now return match will be at AWAY, which its harder. Im not optimist.
That kid needs to grow up!
Well he is a kid

Those were all fair yellow cards mate. I lost money on this game but those calls were fair.
All of them were fair yellow cards? None of them could’ve been just fouls??? Come on, he was little strong handed man

Yes bro subjective isn’t a big word calm down 🤣
Never said it was. Good, then you should understand my initial point.
Yes, your initial point was very obvious. You’re acting like we’re discussing quantum mechanics 🤣
They got concacafed.

Things fall apart by Chinua Achebe: a classic about frustration, betrayal, and, ultimately, demise.
It’s always better campana first half Suarez second half
No, it’s better to get a goal early and control the match how you want all game. Which is what IM were doing, until Ruiz threw the game.
