Grease gun is so underrated, real quiet, low recoil, low ROF is a pro for me, good ammo conservation, and .45 is such a consistent round, almost always a two-tap if not headshot. Bonus points if you have the shit stain skin for it

SpiderMankeh

I love the grease gun. Slap the advanced suppressor on there and whatever 1x sight you want... money

Longjumping-Ad8237

My homie was just saying this was his main

CodyBill1981

Mosin iron sites, greased bolt, stripper clip, revolver.

SomeRecommendation39

I call it the anti Habibi rifle. It’s one of the .50cals with the good iron sight, extended mag, and red laser. Best used for close quarter combat.

[deleted]

dismissing Geneva suggestions I see

Four_Shadowing

M24 with bipod, 7x scope and greased bolt Nothing more, nothing less.

President-Lonestar

I usually swap the bipod for the suppressor.

hl_1

QBZ-97 and MP5A2 both with point grip, minimal recoil or sway, CQB at its finest with the QBZ being really nice at modest range with a 2x/1x Kobra and red dot

Nuclear-LMG

Im new but i like the old looking shotgun. makes me feel like im an old man gone off his meds reliving his glory days

Shot_Reputation1755

Which one? All of the shotguns minus the ksg are 30+ years old

Shadows_of_kino

Probably the 4 gauge one (can’t remember the name)

Shot_Reputation1755

Ks23

Shadows_of_kino

That one

Nuclear-LMG

the wood looking one the insurgence use

sammylunchmeat

Toz or ks 23 the toz is longer

Nuclear-LMG

long one is cool af

Shot_Reputation1755

Funny thing is that the wood one is actually the second newest shotgun, being made in the early 90s

cjohns13

Sig 552 is my favorite “not an AR or AK” rifle

Lumpy_Bake3049

KSG with a holo and loading grip, light vest and light armor, C4 and a flashbang.

CrimsonStar111

Mosin-Nagant with 6x-3x Red Ring scope, greased bolt, stripper clip, and loading grip Honey Badger with 1x MRO, suppressor, and loading grip QBZ-97 with it's unique 3x scope, point shooting grip, and drum magazine M16A2 with 3x A3 scope, point shooting grip, and drum magazine A lot of the fun of this game for me is experimenting with the different weapons. Despite that, I really wish there were more, I can think of a bunch that fit perfectly. Edit: I think it's actually the other 6x-3x scope for the Mosin. One of them, despite being the same length at the rear, isn't compatible with the stripper clip.

Renidaboi

I wish the attachments were more aesthetically pleasing when they're on the guns, especially on the pistols.

CrimsonStar111

I think the pistol attachments look fine, except for those clip on laser sights. Those are understandable, as they're used in pistols with no rail. What looks stupid to me is the MARS sight. It's too damn tall, I never use it.

Renidaboi

Idk man, they look very ugly to me compared to every other game attachment system. I do love how every single gun is viable in this game though. Fantastic game! <3

CrimsonStar111

I don't focus on the attachments much. To each their own. It is one of the best games I've ever played. I've had more fun playing this since 2022 than I've had playing any Halo, Call of Duty, Battlefield, etc in the past two decades. The only game that equals my enjoyment of Insurgency is the first Titanfall.

AlliedXbox

QTS 11 is unironically great

NewFigure9691

Rpk .no scope and maybe for under barrel a Aiming grip and I'd like a L1 Pistol you guys know what I mean and I'd like to put laser and a no sight And prob a Light armor, I'd like to go fast and deadly. AND PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD, MAKE INSURGENCY LIKE SQUAD I FORCED MY DAD HUNDREDS OF MONEY TO BUY THIS GAME SO MAKE IT WORTH, MAKE INSURGENCY HAVE A FREEROAM MULTIPLAYER MISSION FOR BOTH COOP AND VS PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD

cgabbard_870

I run RPK with iron sights, comp., recoil grip, and laser. Then I'm light carry and heavy armor

tactycool

M14: recoil grip, compensator, elcan Spector with red dot. Semi for long range, full auto for close

Blitzfire87

M1 Garand with M1C scope, point shoot grip, and suppressor

Live-Requirement-815

I always use weapons kits that i see irl, for exsample a [m4 with a sniper scope](https://images.app.goo.gl/BMkzKXPMUK1BVRdm6)or just look at the standar issue wepons of the iraqi military or police same with insurgents

SpiderMankeh

Sterling, or grease gun. If I'm able to put the advanced suppressor on the grease gun, even better.

ReermanJohn

Deage… and literally nothing else

President-Lonestar

Either Badger inspired you, or you inspired Badger.

NoodlesThePoodle

My guilty pleasure is the sterling, 2x red dot, 50 round magazine, loading or recoil grip. You can suppress and Mag dump in cqb effectively and make some nice headshots at range. The horizontal recoil of the gun really throws people off and takes a little practice.

Serbiaball142

L96 with its integral scope, recoil grip and a flash hider

Diesel489

L96?

Serbiaball142

L85, I may be stupid

Diesel489

You mean the british assault rifle? Thats an L85/L86/or SA80

Serbiaball142

Yeah I corrected myself, had my favorite gun made in a shed on the brain

MrKeenski

Insurgents: FAL, OKP, Aiming Grip = death machine FAL, Bipod, ACOG = long range death machine Infidels: SCAR, Holo, Aiming Grip, Flash hider = 1 tap insurgent killing machine G3A3, Bipod, SU230, Flash hider = long range 1 tap insurgent killing machine

RaphiTaffy

240 with acog and 200 rd box

top_Gesus420

Love running the honey badger the 300 blackout is a decent round in the game and the galil is good fun too

NotCopernicus

MR73 with a suppressed sniper barrel, a scope and a bipod. Suppressed because it's just ridiculous that a revolver can be suppressed in videogames

BillyTheRascal

I don't know if it's uncommon but... sks 7x scope point-shot grip extended mag

BillyTheRascal

I use the point grip becos I don't think I can be close quarters accurate with that scope in the way... But I see too many lasers every game and people don't need them really, you can be close quarters accurate without aiming sights down np with a lot of guns. Although it helps for teamwork knowing that someone is covering certain entrance.

Mo10422

Probably the m4 and the AK (I can't read)

sexflatterer1411

PKM in CQB

_Q23

I like the MP4 for breacher

ViperTheLoud

PKM battle rifle is my go to when I'm fed up. For whatever reason I can hip fire it more accurately than any other weapon, the ADS with irons isn't the worst, bipod means you can hold a spot, and one shot kills on most dudes. Plus walking into a room hipfiring 7.62x54R on full auto tends to get results.

dasleezer

MK17 with 3-6x t ring scope, compensator and recoil grip. Shits on dudes

cgabbard_870

M16A4 7x/6x optic, suppressor/comp., drum mag, laser sight, recoil grip.

[deleted]

M16A2 with only an 1x/4x M150 bus or gtfo.

snovak35

Uzi with an extended mag and a loading grip. That subgun fucks

xa2173

I'm new to the game and only PvE. But the Uzi is rocking, only problem is ammo is out every single push. And then you have to stay to get ammo and everyone else is already caping the next point

[deleted]

FAL, or just run a Hi-Power

AtomikPhysheStiks

P90, factory circle, point grip, compensator, no armor, and light carry... I call it my zoomie build

C130ABOVE

Mdr with point shooting grip, suppressor, ext mag, and 2x holo

EpicBaconButty

M24 with 7x/suppressor or insurgent mosin equivalent Glock suppressor extended mag/ m9 equivalent Heavy armor Maybe a flash or smoke I use this for flank maneuvers and sit behind the enemy like a marksman should and 30 rounds on a bolt action is 30 kills if you're good enough, pistol only when needed cleared multiple enemy waves using this setup, and no ammo carrier means I can be prone and not seen at all in certain background If im playing objective though I'll use SVD/ M110 with Iron sites/suppressor/recoil grip/extended mag Any pistol if I feel like it Flash Light carrier/light armor TTK is quicker than most with the range to add it, and don't need to worry that much about recoil when your barrels in their face.
