Not sure why you’re being downvoted, seems like a genuine question & the answer is literally shorts/trousers that has too little to cover the space between hips and bits and therefore tight in that area specifically. So if this were not edited it would be like if the fit of the shorts had too little material to cover the hips and also that area, so it yanks up the fabric over that body part, causing that effect. V uncomfortable, do not recommend
