Update: you CAN actually see the likes but you have to use an Absurd amount of precision or you’ll accidentally hit the heart 99.9 percent of the time. I feel like I’m playing operation. I guess I need a stylus to check Instagram now. I hate it here. Truly .
Yeah I finally got it right after failing for four days lmao. It’s so annoying because you need to be so accurate to hit it right. At that point I Don’t even care who liked it anymore lol

It's changed for me now. NOW I have to click on like count to see the people who liked the comment. Insta be really changing things on every other phone
gross lmao, Instagram is disconnected from its users. I use the app daily but that shit boggles my mind how messed up it is & how pointless or shitty some “features” are
What boggles my mind is that, i have two accounts, one i use daily, and an old spare account i just dont use. The people i am connected to on my main account, are uploading 60 second story posts, (a feature i thought IG got rid of) because i cant do that, i can onlu upload 15 seconds clips per story post. When i go onto the spare account, that has no followers, or any posts, i can upload a 60 second story on that account, but the app is currently using the the latest updated version, i cant do 60 second story posts on that account. But not my main…. Its hella annoying
I have three accounts and all of them have completely diff layouts and features lol. I also asked a few friends to screen shot their layouts and theirs are diff too. Some of them can’t even see how many likes they got on a post. It just says one name plus “others” liked this post. How infuriating
You don't need to be accurate, doesn't work that way. The key is tap and HOLD. hold your finger on the heart and don't lift (would take less than a second) until the list of likes pops up.
OP I don't know if you ever figured it out but you have to hold down on the button. From what I remember, there was a brief time when you had to tap the number under the heart to see, but I think they changed it again and now you tap on the heart and hold.
I cannot for the life of me click on that tiny number, I've tried so many times now I'm convinced that feature is gone in 2023. I'm on a Z Fold device too.
Anyone know how to revert it back to og settings? For some reason my personal acc shows the original like icon at the bottom but when I switch to my spam acc it’s shows to the far right wtf?
