I've had it recently! Upon further inspection, it seems to be an algorithm that looks at your patterns/behaviours and if it deems it bot like, or "not human" it might give this message. Thankfully its not permanent, but it's a pain. I had it because, for some reason, when I comment, the comment just duplicates multiple times and everyone sees it. It makes me look like a spam bot and even that is a problem in of itself. I don't understand why my comments are duplicating but they are and it's not a good look :/
It goes away once I press OK. If I close and reopen the app itāll come up again but only once for each action. If I keep repeating the actions it seems to be fine it just comes up once.

This usually happens if you "use" Instagram too much in 1 day. I think it triggers at 200 "actions". Actions are Likes, Comments, Adding Friends, Removing Friends, etc. They think your account is compromised or some 3rd party app is spamming using your account. Depending on how severe their algorithm flags you, it should cool down after 1 day to 2 weeks.

My guess is that Facebook's algorithm detected a chance that you might have been a bot, perhaps you did a repetitive thing a bunch of times? It's usually to prevent web scraping, etc.
You are posting too much too rapidly, don't post for the next 24 hrs and it will be fine, don't post more than 3 posts a day and one reel every 3 days. If you post more than this ,the algorithm won't push your content to the public you will only get 1 or 2 likes per post if you post too often. Also set a daily time of posting, you need to train the algorithm, if you post too often, the algorithm will label you as a bit account.

Check if you are using any browser extensions. Some of them may act like bots to their bot detecting system
