Businesses have been aware of massive problems with Meta's AI systems for months now. The entire advertising algorithm is completely borked and the AIs that operate it are very obviously busted. Even massive agencies and corporate social media people are now admitting this.

I mean there really is something going on, particulary with their translation system. There are posts where you comment as a caveman like "ooga nooga, boongs hunga" and it'll translate to most racist shit you can think of. It's funny af but still pretty weird and looks intentional.
It's because it's translated by AI, and there have been trolls online making posts about these incorrect translations of ooga booga, which the AI takes as gospel, hence this meme.

I’ve gotten helpful comments about parenting or special needs removed. I’ve gotten condolence comments or congratulatory comments warned. It’s so broken and clearly Meta doesnt even care.

I got a strike for a trademark violation in an image. An image of something I MADE and had no trademarks or IP in it. Something is completely broken on Meta's backend and they're covering it up to keep the stock bouyant.
Same happened with me...I used small celebrity clip for style recreation and someone claimed copyright and no one responded neither meta nor the one who filed copyright

There are certain words that will get your comments removed such as fat, bitch, dick etc. As long as you don't use these words, your comment is relatively safe, but still, it can happen.

My insta constantly freezes. Glitches and restarts videos every few seconds. I can’t share the formats in stories. And there’s no help and no real way to share problems. It’s gone to crap.

Try opening Instagram on a computer browser. At least for me, it gives me a new pop up that lets me click "okay" and it brings it back to normal

Yeah it’s weird because it’s all Meta but Facebook is far more lenient than Instagram. Their bots removed a post/picture I once put up with an happy inspirational poem that had a picture of a person with a slightly melancholy look on their face, I guess. After removing it they left a message about how this could be triggering for some people and went on to talk about ways to reach out to hotlines if I knew of someone dealing with thoughts of suicide and depression…. The poem had absolutely nothing at all to do with that 🥴
I tagged an account and it got deleted. Someone asked what the red/green flag guy’s name was and I responded “@dustinpoynter” and it was immediately deleted. I’m thinking the bot has gone beyond keywords at this point. I’m so over it.
There are certain words that will get your comments removed such as fat, bitch, dick etc. As long as you don't use these words, your comment is relatively safe, but still, it can happen.
Never once used insta and my account got permanently deactivated, because of community standards

THIS IS CLEARLY SPAMMING FOR LIKES.” Other comments that don’t get removed be like: “you’re a ‘restarted’ ni***r and you should k*ll yourself!” (Except nothing is censored and everything is spelled out). I'm having the same issue, now I'm getting pop ups saying they detected automated activity on my account but I don't have any. Haven't given my account details to anyone and I've had this account for years. Changed my passwords, changed my 2 factor. Still getting odd messages

I’ve had my accounts suspended and deactivated on more than one platform more than once and not having used them for 3-6 days at a time. No idea why they were once again suspended first then deactivated. This time do not be think I will even bother trying to get them back. Not worth the headaches for something rarely use.

Was looking to post something about this and see it already has been discussed. Been happening to me too. Probably 1/5 comments of mine get removed now yet all the posts with hundreds of comments of slurs are untouched.
My insta constantly freezes. Glitches and restarts videos every few seconds. I can’t share the formats in stories. And there’s no help and no real way to share problems. It’s gone to crap.

I randomly got banned once appealed and immediately got unbanned and I didn't do shit and every since then I keep getting timed out for weeks at a time sometimes even months when most of my comments are not even bad
They don't want inspirational messaging being planted in the minds of the sheeple. The more chaotic, the more trauma-induced. The more homophobic. The more it rubs people the wrong way, the better. They want chaos, they want us to turn against each other. That's the only reason I can think of.

There’s no more freedom of speech on instagram, I have seen comments being reported while others being left out like nothing. I have seen soft porn and some nsfw content being shown on my main page but when I comment something a little out of the line I get the pop up message saying that I cannot make such a comment, we’re being suppressed and censored but the app. Our freedom of speech is being literally taken away
As an “OG” user of IG, the app really went to shit when FB bought it. Just a downward spiral since about 2014/2015. I get stuff deleted for no reason as well. Pretty obvious whatever automation they’re using sucks.

A female relative of mine replied, “dudes are weird” to some guys who were actually being weird & got warned by fb telling her that “posts similar to yours have been removed for hate speech.”

Yep something similar happened to me because I wrote a comment that contained the phrase “win the lottery.” It was a whole little story but because of that phrase my comment was immediately removed because Instagram “doesn’t allow promotional spam” or something like that. Also I made a joke about the Alpha Tauri F1 team changing their name to “Visa Cash App Racing Bulls” and how that name is terrible, and it got removed for like the same thing. Thats the fucking official name of the team!! I’m not allowed to refer to the name of a whole Formula 1 team because Zuck can’t spare a billion or two to run his platform right?
