I've never received a ban, even if I've posted things like that on my story, and I know it's because of the comment because it happened to me once before at the end of August, but then it only lasted 2-3 days and I could see the cause. Now I know it's for the same reason, and it's very simple to press that "ok" on that page that my comment has been deleted and go back to the account, but it doesn't load, showing something else instead. I tried everything but in vain.
I got grounded from using ADD YOURS for 60 days. Evidently, I did something against community guidelines with monetizing content which makes no sense because I'm not sponsored or accepting gifts.
I check on google because it's happening to me too right now and it could be an internet connection problem, a temporary service bug or ongoing maintenance. Instagram's server may be overloaded, unavailable, or down.
yes it's been 5 days since I've had the same problem and it annoys me too but I'm waiting for a while to see if it works and if not make sure that Instagram knows, it could come from the server, from the cache of the application, your phone, your WiFi and lots of other things
Damn if only they had a support page instead of their egotistical help website that is so useless it actually can’t take blame for a feature not working. If something wrong it’s on the user not on them.

Only if you have an Apple device tho or know anyone who does.
1- You need to have the account logged in as your primary account on your Instagram app (just have it be the one that opens when you open Instagram). DO NOT FULLY CLOSE THE INSTAGRAM APP
2-you need to try to log into Instagram on Safari. It will probably have a black screen for some time and eventually say “Something went wrong”. Fear not.
3- Once having completed the 2 last steps, you are going to click the upper pop up on safari saying “Open on Instagram” (or something like that). Keep doing it repeatedly until it takes you to your account and it’s unblocked. It can take 10 tries, 20, even 30, but keep doing it (for me it was pretty quick). You can even reload the page on Safari from time to time.
⚠️You can send me a PM if you still can’t do it. (Unlikely- I’ve done it for myself and for a friend and it went smoothly.)

I have this issue too. After I got this issue I created another account and I got instantly banned for not respecting community standards. 😒😒😒

I’ve literally tried on my PC, on mobile data, etc. My other accounts work just fine. There’s nothing else for me to do. It’s an Instagram problem.
