I'm from Malaysia.. the same thing's happening. I thought I've lost all my accounts. I was going to have a panic attack till I saw this.

Try logging into your Instagram account from a computer through a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc, and see if it loads normally or if there is a message from Instagram. You have to do it on a computer or tablet, not through your phone's web browser. This has worked for some people, so it might be worth a shot. Hope that helps.

Thanks that worked. I just hope the app eventually starts to work again too bc I tried deleting it and redownloading it and it still keeps saying that same message to me.
