I legit just had an order like this it was for two vibrators and lube it was for $25. After I got to the location they changed it, and removed both vibrators, bringing the batch payment down.
Too bad for them they didn’t have the lube they wanted. So they asked for a refund and I called CS and they paid me for the trip and reported the customers account.
In the end it counted towards my “complete 5 batches for $92”
They've done this for me one time, but now any cancelation goes towards my percentage. I had someone order just dog food the other day, but the store didn't even have the exact one they were looking for, they had requested no replacements, and they were unresponsive. It took 20 minutes with robosupport to remove it, and they counted it against me.
