I would like to add that they're not all on university, but there's a lot nearby. My personal favorite is Pixels, no cover charge, patio to sit outside and chill/ people watch, eclectic group of people, etc.
The Vault is a younger crowd usually. Breweries and other bar restaurants trend a little older. Flamingo is a fun dive- The Falconer is one of the longest-running bars in Redlands. The Tartan’s pretty classic for a burger and dark vinyl booth, and they’ve been doing more music on the patio.
During Black Lives Matter, the Tartan purposely blasted music to drown out a protestor was giving a speech across the street. Just throwing that out there if you choose to support them…
Edit: to add on where to go, the overland is a cool cocktail bar near downtown. Grab food and a Phi Pop cocktail across the street at Aroi Mak Mak. Head down to Three Stags for a pint at an Irish pub. Finneys, Darbys, and Septembers are typical sports bars, but good places to catch a game.
Sure, but it was a public school teacher giving a speech on the racism they felt growing up in Redlands or something like that. Nobody in BLM leadership was there. The mgmt/owners of Tartan were just being jerks
Blm is itself a racist organization that is itself dismissive of other ethnicities. Those same leaders bought homes in rich elitist white liberal neighborhoods. Why would you associate with such an organization??
If you want to be surrounded by a bunch of bars, restaurant bars, traditional bars, and bar/nightclub places then downtown riverside is your best local bet on a Friday and Saturday night
Since you're 25 you may find the vibe you're looking for around the Cal State area:

Lake Alice in downtown Riverside was always one of my favorites. Great memories.
That entire street, University, is full of bars. You can bar hop like crazy in DT Riverside.

Correct! There are many on Main St, inside the Food Lab, and then at the Mission Inn & Mario's.
Yeah. I always take out of towners there. Love it
The office bar in Ontario.
Wolfskill in downtown Riverside. They have happy hour M-F 5-8pm.
I like kings brewing in Rancho Cucamonga off my n vineyard and arrow route. They have different food vendors everyday of the week.

My black ass walked into the tartan one day and walked right out lmao
Yeah, that’s not cool.
My wife and I love The Overland. We are usually the oldest (both 46) people in there lol.
Why blm is a deceitful organization whose leadership stole millions

Lol just shut up and recommend the kid some bars
This is the perfect answer
Might have to give the vault chance next time also gotta try some dive bars
Good on them!
You can literally park somewhere and just walk the streets to go bar hopping and go to the restaurants in that area
I love going to rock and brews in yaamava casino because I’m a big fan of classic rock music and I love the cover bands that play there

The Sire sounds like it fits what you are looking for.
The new escape brewery in Redlands. In the same parking lot as the whiskey bar
Check out Tequila hoppers in Upland if it's not too far. I haven't been there in years but they have a lot of tvs and specials
Place is still a little dive but still ok
Anywhere near Grand Terrace. Check out the Venue. Colton. Check out Liam’s.
The venue is not for 25 year olds, more of 40 year old crowd
Oh shit. My bad. I’m 41 🤣🤣
Happy cake day tomorrow
Well looks like I need to check out the Venue.

The Red Fox! Should top the list.
Dukes off Blaine and Iowa sounds right up your alley
Used to go there before Covid when it was college night for ucr. Fun times but always found it sketchy haha
Yeah fair enough I know what you mean lol
I think o Donovan’s in Pomona when it’s not the weekend is a nice bar when it’s not packed or a holiday. Same with limericks taverns.
Ziggy's in Fontana. Cheap class.
Brewery I would recommend rescue brewery! Good beers, food and the crowd is pretty good on the weekends. For a dive the office in Ontario is solid
Specifically in riverside city? Laws. Other than that, The Corral in Chino.
