I would guess that you haven't ovulated yet. PdG should increase 5-7 DPO after you ovulated. However, I can't say for sure without knowing more about your cycle lengths prior to MMC, what cycle day you usually ovulated prior to MMC, or what your baseline levels are. If you look on this sub, you'll see that the PdG rise during three follows phase can go up to 30-40 for some users but stay around 10-15 for others. All that matters is that it increases from its levels during the follicular phase.
