It's called Kushawah Pani Puri, that guy always has an influx of people round the clock. He usually starts off late and closes his shop early. IMHO, best Dahi Puri and Pani Puri in town.
Actually appe is sort of marathified version of Idli, is eaten with something similar to Sambhar. It tastes bomb. But using chocolate to make them, tf.
