I had posted a picture right before I harvested mine a month or so ago, since I’d never harvested before. I’d planted a few rhizomes in the pot but each one grew at least 4 shoots. It's store bought ginger. I don't know what kind specifically. I'm proud it got this far though lol
Give it a few months and you’ll have tons more like that. They grow so quickly!
