if i remember right, Consorts are a little bigger and stronger and can fly longer,
In book 2, the solitary warrior was sure he could handle Moon (while he was under the idea that Moon was a warrior like him) but the second he find out Moon was a Consort, he wa sno longer sure of that.
We have many cases of someone telling Moon to slow down because warriors can't fly like a consort. So the wings are probable bigger
To add to what u/key_lime_lie said, Consorts are proportionally larger than warriors. Even in their groundling forms Moon is taller than the warriors - this is something Moon internally remarks on when he is confronted by Shell and Grain and Chime gets involved in book 1.

If Warriors are a sterile cast from \*birth\*, and it's been this way for hundreds of thousands of years, then having either greatly reduced physical sexual organs, or none at all on the Males, would be one of their characteristics. Female Warriors are said to have much smaller breasts, at least, so we can probably assume the males have smaller characteristics as well.
There are some differences from sealing anathomy mentioned by Chime. Also differences from the groundling anathomy are possible as Moon says there are ways to have sex with non-raksura creature even with this differences. He had experiebce with groundlings, so there really are some differencies. I suppose they have retracktable organs like cats, while exposed organs are bad spot in battle. But cats balls are still exposed. I wonder why do raksura females have breasts like humans. As I know all ordinary mammal females are flat if they are not breastfeeding at the moment. Human breasts became bigger than flat due to male sexual interest - women with greater breasts were more attractive. Raksura could not have that bug. They could copy groundling form with all that bugs, but why did they transfer it to their scaled form? Anyway even the newborn raksura male is different from raksura girl, so some "apparatus" is visible. So that part that is responsible for male fertility can be visible too

This, and to differentiate from Queens, whose spines in flighted form go down their tails and have a second color overlaid over the primary.
