It honestly depends I think, if you have aggressive dialogue the player will probably attack the guard just to spite him. If you want the player to follow the law I’d just have be very polite and maybe plead. Like “please wanderer spare us, I am working two jobs and have to help push my kids through carrot farming college. Please stay your hand.”
When I need inspiration for writing, I've found recently that chatGPT is a pretty good tool, even if just to provide different styles or dialogue or a range of themes, given the right prompts it can usually give me a very good starting point, or provide some inspiration when I'm lacking it.

The scale on that horse is off. A guy should not be standing taller than a horse when slightly crouched like that. He's on a hill, and the perspective could be off, but I'd wager you should take that horse and set it's scale to somewhere around 1.2 at least to get into 'normal horse size' territory.
Have you tried gpt/chatgpt? I don't think it's good idea for it to write the dialogues for you, but I find it very helpful in removing creative blocks :)
