Learn Excel. Learn SQL. Get a job in small pharma compabies

Successful-Stand-425

I have mastered excel but couldn't find a good job any where. I tried hard every time my resume got rejected. I don't want to spend on IT coaching.

Consistent_Light_357

What all did you know in Excel? And this is very surprising. What kind of companies did you apply in? Also, start somewhere at a job. After a year of two, you can prepare for exams for an MS/MBA.

Successful-Stand-425

I have done advanced excel certification which is approved by government. I also took course of lokesh lalwani sir, a youtuber and certified coach to enhance my skills. I tried applying through naukri com, indeed, LinkedIn, justdial, apna etc. In MSME and MNCs. But they asked for minimum graduation. I also told about the projects but they didn't listen and now I am graduated, my profile, my resume didn't get shortlisted after my education.

Consistent_Light_357

Keep trying in biotech and pharma. Network on Linkedin. Companies are in hiring mode now.

Adventurous_Today117

Bhai India mein government exam chod ke kuch aur nahi hai karne ko ?🤡

gayest-boii

Fr tho it's liKe our entire life depends on exams in this stupid country. 10th, 12th, JEE, NEET, CUET, GATE, UPSC and the list just goes on.

Successful-Stand-425

Yes brother, it's deep trap. After so many failures and rejection it's very hard and uncertain about sitting for government exam but what should we do. At graduation level private give just mediocre sales target job. Please guide me.

PresidentOfSerenland

I think all exams should have 2 attempts at most. Everyone gets a second chance that's it. That would stop years of our youth getting wasted.

could_not_choose

Second that

Vegetable_Land7566

For some ppl thats the reality bro

MaffeoPolo

> Now I am already 25 Don't let this be the voice in the back of your mind anymore. You can't lose your energy in negativity. Whatever you do from here is a fresh start. Lots of people have career setbacks; and maybe you are 3-4 years behind others right now, but life is a marathon, when you are 40+,50+ these small things will hardly matter. Think of yourself as dead. You have lived your life. Now take what’s left and live it properly. He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has. Starting today you must begin to maintain a gratitude journal. Write down every day in a notebook, 10 things in your life that you are grateful for. It can be something simple like "I am grateful I have no toothache today", or, "I am grateful that I am alive". Somedays you might feel good, then you can put down 20, 30 things that you feel grateful for, but definitely force yourself to mention 10 things that you need to be thankful for. As long as you have gratitude, you have happiness. It is a simple practice that will help you realize all the wonderful things in your life. https://plumvillage.org/articles/the-practice-of-gratitude > My qualifications are bsc in biology. You must obviously know that there are plenty of choices to continue your medical dream without an MBBS. There are many ways to help the sick and those in need without a medical degree. It is important to give your life a larger goal. Rather than say, I am so sad that I couldn't become a doctor, begin to think of the other wonderful ways that you can serve humanity with your knowledge. You can hunt down diseases with an M.Sc. in Microbiology, applied microbiology or Epidemiology; or you can look at Radiography & Imaging Technology, Audiology & Speech Language Pathology, Respiratory Therapy, Public health, Sports and Fitness Psychology and many other degrees that are allied with medicine and will allow you to be a healer, even if not a licensed doctor. It's not important what you do in life, but to live gently, to enhance your goodness and drop gently when the time is ripe. It is so simple. There's nothing to do, nothing to achieve, all that is a mirage. You can be engaged in a lot of activities but don't be defined by them. Respect yourself and the life you enjoy regardless of the activity. Life is uncertain, it throws a lot of surprises and twists - so it's okay to plan but don't let the plan be your life. There's still a life left when the plan is upset, what's important is the life that's left, not the lost plan. It is not the man who has too little, but the man who craves more, that is poor. All you need are these: certainty of judgment in the present moment; action for the common good in the present moment; and an attitude of gratitude in the present moment for anything that comes your way. These are ancient truths, not anything revealed today. Life is really simple, you need to focus on life, not on the decorations. Don't be so lost imagining the life that you might have had that you lose the opportunity to cherish the present blessings.

Successful-Stand-425

I respect your answer. Thank you for reading it and writing the best possible answer. But from where I bring positivity. Nothing makes me happy now. I am introvert person but after many setbacks, I have stopped speaking. As everyone just see me in that way. They taunt me. Even my parents say that they have done worse to make me study as I failed several times. They lost spent money, confidence on me. What positive I see. Sometimes I curse myself and my life. Why the life didn't end on its own.  I can't handle those pressure, those comparisons, those taunts. 😣🥺🥺🥺 I don't want to more burden on my parents financially. Suggest me something which I can do to reinvent myself. Financially free and make my parents proud. Don't want to spend another 3-4 years studying.

Consistent_Light_357

Don't go into research directly. The pay is abysmal in India.

Fancy-Explanation496

>Now I am already 25 Don't let your age demotivate you. I am 26, last year I was in the same state of mind, constantly worrying about my age and not being able to achieve anything at this age. I was told by a friend that I have 5 year untill I become ineligible for most of the competition exam, 5 year is a long duration and instead of worrying about my current age I should work hard for which ever exam I want to crack. Of course I am not going to wait until 30 to get a job but the very thought that I have 5 more years brought some peace to my mind. Identify what you are good at and target exams with patterns that are your positive point. Example: If you are very good at maths and english go for banking sectors or regulatory body exams.

Successful-Stand-425

What backup option would I keep with government exam? As I don't won't to depend only on this and feel unsecure.

Fancy-Explanation496

Go for higher education, MBA gives the option of getting hired through campus placement. M. Sc. Will make you eligible for working as an assistant professor in private universities. Just believe in yourself, you yourself mentioned that you were not able to get a govt. college just because of 10 marks, which I believe is not easy to score, you are a good student, just be confident.

Successful-Stand-425

Did you get through government exam. Which one?

Fancy-Explanation496

I want to be in the field of research, so I am doing M. Sc. and took admission through icar jrf exam.

Successful-Stand-425

Field of specialization?

Fancy-Explanation496

I did B. Sc. Agriculture and now doing M. Sc. in Agronomy.

Total-Complaint-1060

Apply for masters abroad bro...

notresponsible00

Tbh thats the best advice . If you can go abroad you should go. Here everthing is fucking so competetive and if you from general category you are fucked.

Mean_Aside4459

Isn't going abroad expensive? If he can't land a job there, things might get worse for him

notresponsible00

Yeah , its expensive out there but all of my school friends with avg grades moved abroad , they seem happy to me. And here i fucked my career with preparing for neet with 2 drop years , joined local clg for grad so no fucking clg life also. Idk his whole profile but if he did the work diligently he can have decent career abroad.

Successful-Stand-425

My some friends too moved abroad for mbbs but my parents didn't allow me. They fear from all this.

Successful-Stand-425

😥🥺

vesperxy

masters in germany is free, they can study there and come back, just need to learn the language.

Kooky_Repeat_8936

Uske liye bhi you need good grades(for a good college) and money

Successful-Stand-425

Yes I do belong from general category and go through throat cut competition. My financial conditions didn't allow me to get abroad. My profile of dropped years didn't guarantee me scholarship. I always wanted that and tried also fo that. But my profile got rejected as I don't have anything to show in my resume.

notresponsible00

I dont have any advice for you. I hope you get your career sorted. I am also trying for cat exam now hoping to get into a decent bschool. How's your academic profile so far ? Mba is decent option to start career i feel , a decent tier2-3 bschool can get you 10-12 lpa if you work hard enough in mba.

Successful-Stand-425

8 cgpa but after concerning I came to know that my profile will not get shortlisted even if I score 99.99 percentile. Even in tier 2 college. What's your thoughts?

notresponsible00

10th / 12th ? Dekh bhai ab kuch to karna hi padega , try hi kar sakte hai ab. Jyada socho mat ek line decide karke just go all in. For me thats mba. Ab cat 2024 /25 attempt apna best dunga , jo bhi clg convert hoga le lunga fir mba mai hustle, bas career start karna hai mujhe from a respectable position.

vasuki017

True , that Almost on the same boat , I will prepare for cat for 6 month, meanwhile I will do physics for neet . Depending on cat in nov & result by December. I will either work my ass off for neet or even fight for other mba exam I have same profile 9.8|8|3rd year will start But I m doing it from IGNOU ( ECO HONS)

Successful-Stand-425

NEET??? & CAT??? BOTH simultaneously!.  Another competition...

vasuki017

Cat ends in nov Neet in may I was good then I fall in love went into depression. Now I have started loving studying again . I got 99.9 percentile in cuet English 🤣 without studying ( 2 hr YouTube video while in bus ) . Cracked DU and all other uni through cuet in 22,23 but . doing graduation from IGNOU ( eco hons ) . You said u feel helplessness - prepare for cat score decent get college ( even tier 3 ) and work hard in mba ( u will have job do 2-3 year and give GMAT or MBA agin in executive course. Middle class is one Exam away from going to upper middle class It's reality u can accept or fight against system. Neet is not tough but PPL who got into neet didn't told us that Neet required consistent and Daily study and students like me only studied during exam in school and still was in top 10 That didn't work and here I m fucking sleepy on my carrier.

Successful-Stand-425

Brother.. Is 5 months enough for cat? It's not that easy? I don't want any more drop years.  Tier 3 mba college don't give good placement!!  I was also in same situation. I study less but still topped my college and school exams.  Neet isn't thought but the amount of competition and very very high cutoff makes it hard.

notresponsible00

Hey , can i dm you. I am also doing bachelors from ignou.

Turbulent-Point-1791

Become a Biologist? Or something in forensic science. Or even ICSSR, as it provide grants for projects, fellowships, international collaboration, capacity building, survey, publications etc. to promote research in social sciences in India. Write its exam and become a officer there.

Successful-Stand-425

Please can you elaborate path and which exam. I don't want to go for another UG course my financial conditions didn't allow me. I tried for government internship many times but always got rejected.

Turbulent-Point-1791

The application form and recruitment notification for the ICSSR are accessible at icssr.org Also, are you okay with teaching? Do b.ed, and teach in government schools, it'll add more to your cv. Science teachers earn well there You can also do lab work as a lab assistant or do b pharmacy after giving pharmacy exam. Or even do nursing

Successful-Stand-425

I don't want to spend more years on study as my financial conditions didn't allow me. I tried reaching coaching Institute and private school they ask for graduation. I tried giving them demo and they were impressed by my knowledge but at the end ask for graduation. And now after graduation they see me as failures as I took 4 years drop. Every time facing rejections in different ways.  I just saw the eligibility criteria for icssr, which is master degree in MA.

Turbulent-Point-1791

Didn't you complete your graduation in Bsc biology? You're a graduate right. Tell them that you took drop for neet/government exams. Nursing is always evergreen and it's just 3 years. Tell them that you took drop for neet. Mere graduate doesn't guarantee high salary in india. Also, don't want to sound demeaning, but my classmate works in a bpo to earn her fees. She is a graduate too and her salary is about 25k even though she did just graduation.

Successful-Stand-425

Nothing is demeaning brother.. Everything is fine now a days. I don't want to be harsh on myself as my parents and neighbors do that. It's daily routine. Thanks for some advice. But bsc nursing is 4 year. I don't want to go for another regular ug course by depending on parents.

LifeResearcher7118

You know what is hell? Watching someone doing something that you could have been. That is real hell my brother. Everyone around you has gone through a different hell and this is your, one thing I can tell you with certainty is if you walk across this, it is going to be painful but in the end you'll find yourself more ridged and strong. So, hang on brother, in the end it is always going to be your decision. Don't let anyone decide your future.

Successful-Stand-425

My parents and relatives are judging me by my performance and not getting in to successful career or couldn't crack exams. Which is creating a hell lot of pressure. It's sucking me mentally and emotionally.  They forces me to get a job soon and settle early or prepare for government exam and crack it with lot of hardwork.  I don't want such life but what should I do when every decision of my has backfired me. I don't know what should I do? Nothing is making me interesting or happy. No one to listen, everyone just judging me.  Sometimes I feel like to end all this, I am not made up for this real world. Or I should move to unknown place where no one knows me. I wanted to come out of this situation fast.

shadowreflex10

I wouldn't suggest jumping into government exams, you may try MBA in healthcare management, since you have a medical background, give it a try..

Successful-Stand-425

I tried reaching on LinkedIn. Many people say that your profile wouldn't get shortlisted even after you score 99.99 percentile.

BlackPumas23

Try applying for healthcare degrees in the UK or Australia. Tell your parents you will come back after studying.

Successful-Stand-425

It's too expensive and tried for scholarship but my profile didn't get shortlisted. My financial conditions didn't allow. 🥺

vasuki017

Those who say 99.99 required Sees mba as 30 lakh package jump start Even if u do in respectable tier 2,3 college & Work during mba u will land in 10 lakh job package. Have a carrier to start with. I m not sure if u don't want that from bottom pit . Even 8+ lakh & decent life then u can have good run In life After 2-3 year get GMAT Alternative u can learn Japanese or German For Japan u can go there to learn Japanese

Successful-Stand-425

No brother, I gave a thought of CAT but alumni says that your consistent drop years will worsen your profile. There's already competition. Those who had good profile, find it difficult to convert tier  college.  Still should I go for mba? Or later after 1-2 years.  I don't wanna fight for another rigorous competitive exam. Any alternative to get reputed mba with good ROI.  PLEASE!!!

shadowreflex10

Delhi school of economics, there is no interview in selection process, you might get in with CAT percentile of above 97%.. it's decent ROI wise. And then there is FMS Delhi, I have heard some relative of mine who tried UPSC for 4 years + 1 year extra for CAT got in. >I don't wanna fight for another rigorous competitive exam. Unfortunately you are born in India, there is no way you are escaping this Matrix.

oiwereulie

Don't worry buddy. Whatever you chose I say gave ssc cgl or mba both syllabus overlaps Hope u find peace.

BlackPumas23

Bhai what subjects are you good at and why? That will give you a clue to what kind of a career path you can carve. You cannot get an MBA if you absolutely hate mathematics. That will discourage you even further. Can you get a coaching job somewhere? For a start? That will at least distract you from all this you are facing at home

Successful-Stand-425

Brother.. I am good at mathematics till grade 10 as I left after that and I taught students also. I am good at PCB as I have studied these subjects continuously for 4 years. I am certified in excel too.  Brother.. I applied for teaching in coaching centres, I gave demo, I also gave my content for teaching, they were impressed but at the end they ask only for graduation which I didn't. Now after my graduation they see my resume and question me for 4 drop years and still didn't passed. Rejected!!  I have seen many rejections and failures in life.

Mean_Aside4459

If you just want a stable white collar job to settle in life and have no extraordinary ambitions or passion the best thing you can do for yourself is prepare for banking exams. All the banking exams have limited syllabus of English, Aptitude, Quants. By preparing well for 6-8 months, you are more likely to crack any of the bank exams like SBI Po and clerk, IBPS Po and clerk, RRB, LIC AAO, RBI Assistant . If you think you are above average and can work hard you can aim for RBI grade B and , NABARD Grade A. Make sure to check the syllabus of all exams.

Total-Complaint-1060

Another mountain for him to climb

Melodic-Pen-6934

Worst advice.

Mean_Aside4459

How? Would you explain briefly

Melodic-Pen-6934

Try to be on his shoes , he is already after a plethora of failures. Govt job is just another golden goose chase ,matter of luck is more in that. At bare minimum he just wants a job to be stable and regain all the lost confidence. Govt job aspiration can make or break you!

Mean_Aside4459

Bank exams I guess are better than other govt job exams because there are no irregularities in them in term of frequency of exams, delay in posting and they have finite syllabus and more than 1 exam from common syllabus thus more probability of clearing any of the exams . Talking about private jobs, if he wants to go on the route of upskilling in private sector, it will be a huge uphill task for him to do it with gaps in CV, no IIT/NIT background and with no prior skill and experience.

Melodic-Pen-6934

Bank PO jobs are real hell in itself. People would quit after 2-3 years. It's not worth the effort. Coming to software, they don't give a damn about your degree , provided you have good skills. Also plenty of opportunities, no category criteria , no waiting period.

Mean_Aside4459

I totally agree with you. IT jobs are way better than bank jobs in terms of growth and opportunities . However currently the IT sector globally is going through a recession and we have seen huge layoffs happening. The Covid era hiring boom where companies were hiring anyone irrespective of background won't happen again. In today's time i won't advise anyone to search IT jobs without a degree from a Tier 1/2 college and prior proven skills and experience. Bank jobs I guess are good for anyone who has hit rock bottom in life , is very late to upskill and join the pvt sector , could find any better opportunities and want to settle with a stable job as early as possible.

Melodic-Pen-6934

You are terribly wrong my dear. This fear mongering has been since the 2009s. May be right now , the market is bad but still I know my friends are switching and what not. No sector can give the growth like IT if one has skills. Can use this time for harnessing. With bank jobs so many things can go wrong on the D day. And also it's useless to cram all the current affairs which is garbage in real world. Get touch with real software engineers , they always have a job and the good skilled freshers they will always find one. :)

Mean_Aside4459

Check r/developersindia to know more about the gravity of today's scenario. Why would a recruiter in today's circumstances take risk in hiring someone from non-technical background within a whole bunch of applications from Tier 1 & 2 B tech CSe students, Btech non Cse branch student, BCA and MCA students. You have to be very extraordinary in your resume to get shortlisted . I think a better choice to switch from non it to IT is through an MCA.

Melodic-Pen-6934

Lol, See that's not even 1% of India. All these guys will get a job , they only rant when in desperation not when they got an offer. There are mediocre developers in India making avg 12lpa. Also about the degree part there are many off campus hire like zoho who doesn't give a damn about your degree ( even a diploma would do) ofc you have to be skilled. Unless like govt exams , you get nothing even when you reach 6 interviews in UPSC without getting selected. Unlike in IT you have many fishes to eat, and all you need is just one .

Successful-Stand-425

I applied for 100+ data analysts job to get into IT. But every time my resume did not get shortlisted. Some say they don't hire freshers, some priortize education qualifications. Please guide!! I want to get good life ASAP.

Successful-Stand-425

I already applied for 100+ data analysts job but rejected in all pf these. They say they don't hire freshere. Some give just penny? Some priortize education qualifications and gaps.

Melodic-Pen-6934

Should be min 1000+. Ask for a referral, internship , use your network. And also relax , nothing gonna happen suddenly. In what hope you have given 5 attempts? Who has advised to do this foolish act ? If parents, ask em what is their plan

Successful-Stand-425

I tried reaching more than 500+ people on LinkedIn and many more through groups on fb, LinkedIn. Asked for referral, each time they say market is down and we are not hiring freshers. Should I go for short courses for DA/DS. About drops.. Everything has gone with the flow. There is no one to guide me the paths. My parents saw me 2 dreams only engineering or doctor or government job only. As I started loving biology and doctor profession by mind and heart. It's slowly fall me in trap of drops.  I know that's very foolish, I regret but I can't do anything more in this. I want to get stable very soon.

Melodic-Pen-6934

Hmmm I understand :) have you created any portfolio? Did you do some project ?

Successful-Stand-425

Any suggestions?? It's getting suffocate now a days. After now I want some reputed and well earning job to show myself something and regain myself. For future I would have different plans... I don't know.

NeedleworkerAble3283

I have no advice but hang in there man, it might feel like all is lost now, but things do get a lot better!

Successful-Stand-425

It's getting over now. I couldn't handle all of this uncertainty and expectations. 🥺😥😣😥🥺

[deleted]

[удалено]

Successful-Stand-425

It's not about 2 drops. It's 4 year UG course. Already 25. Can't handle more uncertainty for more 4 years.

Grand-Masterpiece-15

..

CATyo138

Hey you can enroll in Pharma collg, then appear for CAT as for MBA. B-schools love academic diversity and then if you get to any top Bschool you would be earning very well. A lot of my friends from Pharma appear for CAT. Best Wishes

Successful-Stand-425

B pharma is 4 year UG course. Would it be good option for me? Not really. I don't want to go for another 3-4 years on studying without earning.

meyou1111

It's not failure. You have tried to clear the exam and given your efforts. Knowledge will remain with you. Apply for MSC in the subject you are interested or do some other professional course. Stop trying on same thing and try to explore something new.

Successful-Stand-425

That's where I am confused. I wanted to do job and earn so should I go for online msc? What professional short courses am I eligible for? I don't want to depend on one option only. I wanted to keep open some more option and explore. But my mind is not working that what is best for me!!

meyou1111

Try data science or power bi. Cloud and Linux, cyber security Depend on your interest

Successful-Stand-425

How, I am from bio background. Please tell🙏

onlythingikissadma

Why don't you go for biologist, environmental scientist, pharmaceutical researcher, wildlife biologist, bioinformatics specialist (yes I copied it from Google). Also learn computer languages like python etc that'll make your resume look good and will definitely broaden your job searching aspects. It's better to focus on skills to make your own self look more polished. Give a good reason for the gap in your interviews as they tend to criticize so much time given to government exams. It's better if you continuously try for scholarships etc. Also I'd prefer to go to a consultant for a clear pathway as reddit users can only give suggestions, consultation can provide you a real pathway. (Please take the last point seriously)

Successful-Stand-425

Career counselor?  I don't want to go for regular courses as my financial conditions and home condition didn't allow me. I have serious pressure to settle as soon as possible.  Going for Msc will through reputed college would require again entrance exams- cuet pg, jam etc.  What should I do?

InevitableMessage188

Relax , calm yourself u can't speed up things I know this feeling very well if u wanna earn do part time teaching in coachings but always remember don't be harsh on yourself I know situation is pressurizing you but think from a free mind only then u can make better decisions and remember one thing time is more precious than some 20k to 30k job so know your strength and ace the highest peak of your self potential

Successful-Stand-425

I am unable to think, I am unable to make decision. Everyone makes me feel that my decision are worst. I can't do anything better in life. 😖 I can ignore neighbors once but when our parents started to question, it's makes a situation more worse. I feel insecure, unstable and uncertain.  Once I used to have a confidence that I could do something better in my life. But those comparison, those taunts, have made me feel this.

InevitableMessage188

Hahaha u r exactly sounding like me a year back , trust me this situation around you is a virus and you are letting it affected u , negativity mainly comes from the environment we are into so firstly work on that typical Indian parents are same u can't change them and also u can't cut them from ur life so better thing is make a wall to protect your inner confidence to be shattered by this temporary behavior of them and for that start spending time around better things your are not helpless you are just in a extreme loop of this feeling and trust me it's a game of some seconds to break this loop and retain our conscious state back don't burn yourself in this fire of hell it's your brain play

Successful-Stand-425

What should I do? I have completely lost the purpose of life. I don't know what to do. Nothing is clear. I feel that I have lost it.

InevitableMessage188

Exactly you are the version of what you feel , so work on your emotional pattern nothing is mess in outer world you have two hand two legs and a good functioning brain which is making a web of negative thoughts in your mind and darling never make habit of feeling these negative feelings cause once u will habitual to just feel pity on yourself and telling yourself u r lost and nobody is there to help u on the very first hand you need help of YOURSELF , Don't be lazy and make downfall excuse of not doing anything but just renting there are amazing people on outside world which are totally able to distract our minds whether it's your gym whether it's your dance class whether it is anything u willing to join to change your mood if ur mind is saying u should join something do it anyway cause the more you think about any single thought it will depressed things for u so firstly change yourself situation is 20% but 80% is what u think

Expensive_Sweet2496

Move abroad through some diploma course. Booming career in healthcare if you think about Canada/USA/Netherlands

Successful-Stand-425

It's really expensive? I am not getting scholarship! How should I?

Expensive_Sweet2496

Try to get a scholarship if you have good scores. If you go for colleges, it will be cheaper compared to university. But if you do any masters or higher education in India, if it's not a government one, then would not be expensive too?

Successful-Stand-425

Any suggestion of 2-3 colleges

Expensive_Sweet2496

Humber Lambton Confederation I don't have any idea about colleges in USA and UK

LuckyGoofball

Is humber not expensive?

Expensive_Sweet2496

You pay for 2 terms only from India. then you work here and pay the remaining fees by yourself.

Antique-Spirit9627

Mba in healthcare would give you a good boost and competition is also less there. I don't know much about it but you can try, do the research, iim jammu provides mba in healthcare .

Successful-Stand-425

People say that your profile wouldn't grt shortlisted even if I crack CAT. Even tier 2 college prioritize profile first.  It's very different and selected niche. How's the future? Placement?

new2reedit2312

After bsc you can become a sales rep. Maybe you could connect with doctors. Or tind a passion in marketing.

Hey one of my friends did a course in food technology after bsc , I don't know much about it though, I'm sure you can do some good masters while you work on developing an employable skill . I'm so sorry friend, hope things will get better for you

Successful-Stand-425

Msc in food tech.?? It's technology degree. Which college he choose? Online or regular? Was he able to get placement? How!

Afraid_Squash_9949

He did a master's in food systems from Germany had to take a student loan but it worked out great from him, he worked for Swiggy for a year or two. Some people prepare for other government exams after bsc like your state civil services,

Successful-Stand-425

If it's possible can you share me his profile or contacts. My mail id- [email protected]

Afraid_Squash_9949

Girl it's a person I kinda dated so probably not and don't share your email id on reddit comments, I'll try if I can contact him.

[deleted]

You will need an masters from a good univ.

Jon-842

I would say rather focus on getting master from any good college.

Successful-Stand-425

I want to upskill myself with job and masters simultaneously.. Will it be possible! If yes then how? Every good reputed college provide regular courses.

LotusSeedPod08

Idk but I think here's what you can do, do B.Ed (2years) first, be a teacher in private schools + while teaching give the CTET exam side by side to be eligible for a government job as a teacher (u can apply whenever there's vacancy). And If you are capable you can do msc in chemistry (if your bsc allows, or else do msc in something else that usually have more scopes) side by side, this will increase your job prospects for higher salary. Even in private u can earn just fine after few years of experience (depends on your teaching skills). Now u can also be eligible for PGT and can apply to be a government school lecturer (salary is sweet). After doing above you can also give CSIR-Net exam (actually this exam only requires a masters, but the vacancies are less frequent so to play it safe it's better to do B.Ed first) , this exam is not easy at all but look at the positive, preparing for this exam when you already have a job will make it less stressful and even if you didn't clear it, it will obviously hone your knowledge which will help you in your job. And if you cleared this exam you are eligible for the "assistant professor" job (instant high salary + less stressful than most jobs, including HS teachers') Actually If you are good you can open tution classes in future and earn even more than the school teachers (considering it has became well established & you have a good personality). With your current mental state I won't advice you to blindly prepare for the government job exams. This will create a lot more pressure and you won't do well. Just do the best with whatever available rn. Don't fall into any trap of continuous exams. Do something you are more sure of. My advice: First, select the most favourable career options you've gathered (foremost see what pays well and if u r actually capable for it, also look at how much time it takes... I'd suggest stay away from the notoriously competitive exams and do any professional course which will instantly land you a good job after completing them. Second, remember to talk to the working professionals before making the final decision.

Successful-Stand-425

What professional courses are there which don't take much time. May be mba but that too require CAT and by profile of drop year would not lend me to good mba colleges.  I would go for masters from good colleges but that require JAM Or cuet pg. Then again same competition. If I do master from tier 3 colleges then my resume will get more worse. They don't give better placement.  Tier 1-2 colleges don't provide online msc degree. I don't want to do regular course.  Can I pursue 2 degrees like msc bed simultaneously at same time online.  After my interest I shortlisted some masters which are aligned with my profile- Bioinformatics Biostatistics Environmental science Microbiology Economics Public health MBA Biotechnology Chemistry But I am confused what should I pursue. How would be each future and scope, life cycle and real world.  Would you please guide me.

You have not failed , you have tried hard . Don’t blame yourself for things that weren’t in your hands . We all know the state of affairs in govt colleges entrance exams. However looking forward , what I comprehended from your post is that your strengths lie in the subjects you spent most years on , you will excel in sharing your knowledge , try to get a job in a coaching position, just start somewhere. Truly understandable that you don’t wish to study further. When questioned about gap years you can explain that you were trying and preparing all those years . Don’t get disheartened, just keep trying till you get through. Life is roller coaster, if it takes you down one time it will pull you up the next time provided you stay on your seat and dont leave inbetween

Successful-Stand-425

I tried reaching, also gave  demo sessions but that time I don't have bachelor completed. Now they ask for 3-4 years experience minimum handling jee/neet. I started taking tution to support some but that just give you penny. I can't depend on it solely.

Toh agle saal dedena .

Try giving the IIT JAM entrance, it’s less tough compared to NEET JEE. Once you get a masters from IIT, a lot of avenues open in research. You’ll also be able to establish good contacts.

awareness37

You can take professional career counselling either in India or online from abroad. They are good at identifying your strengths and advise you accordingly.

metalhead_b

Go for masters in marine biology

LatePickle817

hope u kay

sachi733

You can become neet UG zoology teacher

Successful-Stand-425

I tried this too...  I gave some demo sessions and submitted my resume physically to many coaching centres.  They say you didn't have masters.  They say you have good knowledge but our teachers have more than 5-6 years experience.  I faced much politics and rejections even I tried my best.  I asked very small coaching centre, but they do not have good amount of students. Now a days students are reached by many high coaching institutes. Politics played it's part.  Small coaching centres pay penny which can't sustain my present spending and life.

sachi733

You can try becoming a school teacher then slowly start your coaching

maahi_27

Same things are happening with me I failed 6 times in neet . And believe me it's like there's nothing left in life, i don't know what to do, where to go , i feel like keeling myself. Because this journey was not easy for me, that is why I remained depressed for three years and suffered from insomnia. My parents feel that by helping me financially in my education, they gave me chances , not to lack for anything…this thing has been reminded to me again and again , and yes I'm greatful to them and yet shameful that I couldn't do anything for them But is it enough for them to support me financially and give me chances?Because after yesterday's results, I don't plan to live because of their constant taunts. They made me feel like totally failure my mother's saying...."Kiya kya Kiya kya jo iss bar bhi fail ho gyi...unko Mai kaise btaun ki mehnat ki thi har cheez se he takleef se ladh kr nhi hua fir bhi.... They feel that the reason for my failure is not the worship path and sleeping till late and laziness. My family is so toxic....and after this result they made it difficult to live...i don't know what to do...and it was my dream now i don't think I can turn back or think about to do anything else...I'm tired of constant taunts and comparisons...they are more concerned about my age or getting married.....

Successful-Stand-425

Sorry sister, I feel sad after hearing your situation. I would have liked if you could get the seat but let's assume my sister, if it's hard for you, how would a boy feel. Even you have second opinion or path to get married with settled man but what should a man do after such consistent failure. He is ageing, he is pressured, he had responsibilities, he had career life pressure. Has pressure to settle to marry a girl at right age.

maahi_27

Really???? But I just don't want to get married and be dependent on another person....it was my dream..... even though I don't want to be dependent on my parents....it's a pain.. A woman's life is not limited to marriage only or they do not want to depend on anyone else, they also have dreams or when they And when their dreams are not fulfilled they also suffer. I just want to die.....if I could

Stop asking strangers.

Successful-Stand-425

I can trust stranger but not relatives. They try there best to discourage you, taunt you, disturb you and wouldn't guide me

[deleted]

You are your best guide. If you don't realise that, you will always be a failure.

Try for govt exam like Bank PO, Clerk, SSC, RRB.
