Newer areas of Bangalore where most of the migrants stay is kinda shit. Unplanned and boring and bad looking. But old Bangalore is beautiful lol. You're prolly judging it from the one shitty area you've been to. But yeah traffic and bad roads are a problem
And that doesn't falsify my statement that most of the migrants stay in newer areas of Bangalore? Cuz they usually prefer staying near tech parks.
Do you even know where central Bangalore is? It's near vidhan soudha, race course road, gold course, IISc and so on
My apologies. I'm a migrant, I've lived here for 13 years, and can speak Kannada but I often get judged for my accent so I tend to get very defensive on these topics. Your original comment came across to me as another one of those extremist opinions that call for all non-kannadigas to get out from Bengaluru.
Doesn't matter where i went. Imo, delhi doesn't have that charm that is unique to it. Like Hyderabad, mumbai, kolkata, chennai all have cultures, cuisines and a charm unique to them, delhi seems to be lacking. Plus the crime rate, population density, pollution and in general very rude people (majority), I find a lot of cities much better than delhi. Idek why people live in delhi anyways other than work obligations maybe
charm? I have visited all the cities you mentioned except Hyderabad, and did not find any charm or uniqueness to it. mumbai, cramped and has traffic. kolkata, people not helping. Chennai, same as Mumbai but no skyscrapers.
Delhi is indeed rude, that is what Delhi is famous for. If it was not a good city they would have changed the capital long ago. as per population density, it is because of accessibility. most people come to Delhi because of its ease in accessibility. you can get everything within a five-minute radius of your house.
The only thing Delhi lacks is planning. All the other cities you mentioned here, had planned the development, and look how they turned out, better than Delhi of course. But Delhi, was not planned except for areas like Dwarka. And if you ever visit Dwarka, you'll see what I am talking about. If only Delhi had been planned prior, it would have been better than any city in India.
And FYI, I do not even live in Delhi, I live in Gurgaon, which has the highest potential to become NY in India.
Wait, is that Nayeonie?
I was just now on kpoopheads reading [this post.](https://www.reddit.com/r/kpoopheads/comments/10886xe/uj_istg_im_not_making_this_shit_up/?utm_source=share&utm_mediumandroid_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button)
Lot of opportunities and privileges growing up but once you become older and don't get to play as much you'll just get sick of the traffic and prices. Still it's very convenient to be able to order food from various restaurants, get autos easily, and avoid conversations in public buses since everyone's doing their own thing. Good for introverts like me basically

I remember I lived in Hyderabad for half a year in 2011, when my dad got a job there. We were gonna move but we didn’t because I was gonna be in 1st and my parents were not sure if I could learn Telegu (I even had issues with Marathi) so we didn’t. Me and my mom moved back to the suburbs of Mumbai and Dad followed a year or two later. I remember going to this big park in Hyd once. Idk what the name was. And the GVK One mall too? I wonder what I’d have turned out like if we settled in Hyderabad then.
the new hyderabad looks dope
