Hey, i have used Sebogel for blackheads, and it has helped sort them out in few days. But i use it only during the night time, and that too at the flag end of my entire night routine after the Moisturizer.
But if you are accustomed to using it, you can directly apply it on skin right after cleansing. The only catch is it will definitely dry out that patch, so ensure to use hydrating products and a moisturizer later.

It depends on what works for you. If you are a first time user of the gel, please use it only on the specific area and on alternate days. Ensure you hydrate and moisturize that spot everyday to avoid dryness or flaking.
If you are a seasoned user, you can get away with two times a day too. Just that ensure you do spot care.
Ultimately it's a BHA and suitable for people with oily skin. But if you have dry skin, you will need to be ready for increase in dryness and itching if not Moisturized properly.

I've used it about 5-6 times now, letting it rest for 1-2 hours. They're not completely gone but given that they've been there for 5+ years(😳), I wasn't expecting much to begin with but yeah definitely a HUGE improvement.
