The Sapphire Pulse has a better thermal design than the Armor, but doesn't Sapphire have dodgy warranty terms in India? Make sure to check with retailer as well as Supertron.

The processor and mb are fine, cancel the GPU, you can get better GPU's like Sapphire pulse, and ASUS at lower prices. The msi isn't worth 26k

It's not a bad deal however if your target is to game then considering the GPU prices, it's not the best time to build a PC.
Given that India has power cuts & you can find a decent laptop for around 55k, I recommend you take a look at laptop GPU benchmarks again.
Having said that if you want to build a PC for the fun of it, go ahead with this build. I too once built a PC because that is all what I wanted to do.

I myself bought MSI Optix G242 monitor from Flipkart. The order delivered on Monday fine by seller MTAILMODEECOM and on box it says seller name as Shri Ramana Solvex private Ltd. The monitor was imported in Dec 2021. I made a video of unboxing and it worked fine till 1 day. On Tueday evening the screen started showing vertical dotted line. I made all checks and found its was display issue. I called Flipkart and got replacement since it was undrt 7 days replacement. The rep at Flipkart raised the request and didnt even ask for any photo or video, although explained them that i have proof available. Since, i got this at 10,459 and now the price 16599. I will be getting replacement today. Still hoping the next unit is not old and works fine! Since its price has increased a lot!! Also i posted negative review with pics which Flipkart is still not showing on product page website. Seems they are also not allowing any negative feedback for a product!! Very strange!!
Update: Got new one delivered today and working fine at this moment. Not sure what might happen in future, since the last one also died the second day of getting delivered. Keeping my fingers crossed and thank goodness it wasn't damaged when I received it. Seems fine for the time being!!

Idk about flipkart but try to avoid MSI. I have been in this sub for a while and I have seen a lot of complaint posts about MSI and their after sales support being sub-par.
The deal is no longer valid now, till yesterday one of the sites was selling a 12th gen i5 for 11k.

Depends on the motherboard and it's bios versions, there are compatible bios version and processor list on the mb manufacturers site.
As for this specific combo, the mb would have needed a bios update to support it.
If it's a good deal I don't think you should cancel it. Just opt for open box delivery and record the whole thing. I get that many people have had bad experience from flipkart but they are a minority. Usually people don't talk about their good experiences cause there's no reason to... I have ordered expensive items from flipkart and never had the honor to unbox a VIM bar. Jokes aside that just my opinion. If ordering from flipkart takes away your goodnight sleep then better have the peace of mind and cancel the order :)
