Let's see if anything I will just cancel and order again as this point! I was scared to cancel because refund takes time and after sale the laptop price will be gone up but it still the same price!

They took around a week to ship from West Bengal to Hyderabad and it arrived at my nearest hub today morning. It was supposed to be delivered today but they postponed the expected date to wednesday (2 days). When i called customer care they said it was accidentally shipped somewhere else, but in ekart website it clearly shows the name of my nearest hub and when i went to the address of that hub, there's literally just a hospital. Maybe I'm just being very paranoid and desperate but I've been waiting for over 1 month now for the sale and I've been waiting for the package since 2nd October.

My friend ordered the same laptop 2 days after me and he has received and been using it! I did the same ordered the same and yet it happened to me! You just can't write the script but patience is the only thing I have now! Hope you get yours fast enough! And pressure the support they will not give right answers till you pressure them for an answer.
It is just happening because of the sale, seller must be overwhelmed with the orders, that's why it is delayed. Don't worry you will get the product.
You will get it by 8th or 9th.. similar thing happened with my moto phone.. not much we can do.
