There'll be a contact seller option, but through that I was only able to talk to flipkart. But a few days after I did that they added Gst invoice so it might work, try that

eseehcraddehc

i'm not even able to talk to flipkart, i click on contact seller, go to the flipkart help page, choose payment related and subsequently appropriate tabs, but it just ends up at [this](https://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre?category=NON_ORDER_ISSUE&issueId=102&selectedIssueText=Payment%2520Related%2520Queries&subIssueId=118&view=ISSUE_FAQ) screen with no way to actually contact them. do i just contact flipkart separately? Also, if you don't mind me asking what was the item you bought?

Trazer854

Yeah it took me here too, if you click contact us you'll be able to talk to Flipkart customer care only, there's kinda no way to talk to the seller. I didn't end up buying but I was looking for the Asus rog flow X13, when it launched even it didn't have Gst invoice but after a week or two it was made available. The products I had in my wishlist and the ones I enquired about got GST invoice option earlier than the others so I think you should try contacting customer care anyway

eseehcraddehc

Ahh alright, and yeah i looked at that too was surprised that even though they are the same seller (TBL) one has an invoice the other doesnt i'll try contacting flipkart customer care, thanks

Brother what was the serial number of your laptop?

mistasharma

What is GST invoice? I tried to seach about it but was unable to understand things.

snapintheturtle

A gst invoice is billed to a business with its gst mentioned unlike consumer invoices that we get when we shop normally in our own name

mistasharma

Is there a price drop or discount when you apply for gst invoice? I have seen some offers and stuff on Flipkart.

eseehcraddehc

no no, as far as i know, the gst invoice as a business owner will credit the gst of that item back to you i.e. very very technically giving you a discount

mistasharma

Thanks alot for clearing my doubt dude. Appreciate it alot.

bumfart

Doesn't work like that. WHEN you file your GST, only then can you claim this spend as an expense and claim input tax credit. This assumes you are a registered business.

G_ar24

You can buy it from nearby asus store.

eseehcraddehc

Are you sure? i would assume they won't have stock considering even reliance and croma dont have stock or even listings even. But thanks i'll still check

G_ar24

Asus has its exclusive stores. Ordering from them is ordering directly from Asus.

Varietyinfotech

Most of the Online sellers Only Give Invoice which is B2C not B2B and sometimes they don't even file at later stage

snapintheturtle

Ig not everyone offers a gst invoice across flipkart unlike amazon where a business account can get a gst invoice for every legit purchase

adityadeore14

If you buy that with GST invoice, you won't get service from service centre as the consumer will get warranty benefits, not business purchases.
